- Roles and responsibilities of Community Health Workers
- Identification and referral of common health problems in the community
- Health promotion and disease prevention at the household level
- Nutrition screening and malnutrition referral systems
- Basic maternal and child health awareness
- Community-based surveillance and reporting
- Hygiene promotion and WASH education
- Communication and counseling techniques with community members

✅ Outcomes and Impact of the Training:
- All 35 participants gained essential knowledge and tools to serve as frontline community health actors.
- Increased awareness of early detection and timely referral of priority health issues.
- Enhanced ability to deliver key health messages and promote behavior change.
- Strengthened linkage between health facilities and communities for improved health access.
- The training contributed to improved primary healthcare coverage and early intervention efforts in Baidoa.
