🏥 Services: Emergency Primary Health Care
Following the severe floods that affected Beletweyne town, HIDIG moved its health services from the Koshin MCH to a newly established emergency health center in Ceel Jaale — a site hosting hundreds of flood-displaced families.
On 5 November 2019, a UNICEF Somalia team visited the new site to monitor and support the emergency health response being provided to vulnerable communities.

👩⚕️ Services offered at the new center include:
- Primary health care consultations
- Maternal and child health services
- Nutrition screening and referrals
- Hygiene promotion and awareness sessions
This emergency response is made possible through funding and technical support from UNICEF Somalia.
